Philosophy
Do interesting things, and things that matter.
When I build an app, it usually starts from a simple thought: What if this were a little more fun — would someone want to stay? What if it were a little more useful — could it actually help someone?
I love trying new technologies, and I appreciate restrained, elegant visual design. I'm passionate about open source because I believe good ideas deserve to be seen and to keep growing. I enjoy exchanging ideas because many truly valuable things emerge slowly through conversation.
And yes, I also hope to become the kind of developer who creates work that's recognized and can make a decent living from it. That might sound pragmatic, but I think there's no shame in it.
